Has anyone had problems with credit failing to transfer from the electric key to the meter? This happened about a month ago but I kept trying over a period of a couple of weeks and eventually it transferred. However I’ve since been back to the shop to reload the key by utilising 2 of the voucher things totalling £132 but again it seems stuck on the key. When I phone Utilita customer service the last thing they’re interested in is providing any sort of customer service?
