I have had it connected since 29th December. It has been hooked up to my WIFI successfully but nothing happens. It is 6ft from the meter and has been sat on the meter also but has said Connecting ... for the whole time.
I have twice been in the CHAT queue only to get to number one and then booted back to the 600s.
Perhaps this forum can do what Customer Services refuse to do and help.
