I thought if you received universal credit you automatically got warm home discount ! I haven’t received mine ! Has this happened to anyone else

I applied for warm home discount in October as I live in Scotland myself and husband don't work due to health reasons I have not heard anything to say whether I'm going to get it any help is appreciated

@Kezza i am on universal credit and pip, I spoke to the government helpline and they said I probably won't get it because of the size of my house and its efficiency rating which is a c, which I personally don't think it's that good, and my house is just a normal size 2 bedroom house which is always freezing cold.

I’ve had it on the previous years , so don’t know why I didn’t get it this year ! Last year I applied and they said I didn’t need to as I automatically qualify

I got a letter in November saying I was eligible for it, but apparently they haven't had the notification to actually put the 150 on my meters
