I have a young family my gas and know electric meter are saying on the app you are not receiving information also sent a new smart display not connecting.

I have sent metre readings but can't transfer from one metre to the other I e mailed 5 weeks ago no reply.

Can't see how much I a spending every month.

Feel totally let down and don't no what to do.

@Glenlawson1969 Hello! This could be down to any issue within your energy account(s) - it could be a communication issue between your main meter and the In Home Display. I would strongly advise using the Live Chat function via the Utilita website or calling up the customer service team on 0330 058 5508 😊
