I bought 3 Alpha heaters from the states, after watching a Utilita vid. I was excited cos gas is costing so much. I should have know it would be ****, extra sell…the product is rubbish, it does work. My cats weren’t even sleeping by i5. The range is a meter at best….this is a scam. Well dissapointed…it’s a useless product…don’t buy it.

Oh I didn’t even know, I’d already alerted the community. But I’ve just emailed Utilita with this…Hi Utilita, in the way to save money on bills you link to buying Alpha heaters. They are ****. I spent 135 pound on three, that took 2 months to arrive. I got the impression of pure scam, with all the upselling, from the link, from the YouTube video you posted. Get rid of that, because the heat from them radiates a whole 50cm, they wouldn’t heat a box. I could have put that money on my Utilita account. I gave those heaters to a charity, with the warning that they are rubbish but have it free, in case there are folks who live in a room and can sit right next to it. I’m just disappointed that my energy provider recommended these. I bought an airfryer, and that was a saving, because I have an electric oven. For the sake of your reputation, stop advertising these **** heaters made by an aerospace engineer or alternative a 14 year old genius. Because you suggested them, I didn’t look any further into it, because I trusted you as my energy company. They are a. Scam
Sent with best wishes, and concern,
    Kate

please don’t buy these…I can recommend oodies though, my mum bought us each one for Christmas, so warm. I bought two myself so we have one while the others are being washed. I even sleep in mine. Haven’t used the gas hardly at all since. We live in an old large Victorian building with rubbish heating. Oodies are a godsend for anyone in similar circumstances.
