Hi iv not recieved Oct or Nov vouchers for support scheme,but I did recieve Decembers. Iv spoken to an agent who was looking into it but iv heard nothing. I had a message to say October must be redeemed by 4 Jan or I loose it.if my account is checked it's clear iv not recieved or redeemed them.can someone please send them to me via email or txt message please?

I’m experiencing exactly the same issue. Spent hours via online chat only to be told once that they will be sent in 7 days. And second time I was told that until feedback on my vouchers is received I’ll have to wait to hear ?? But Octobers like you say has expired and I’m getting warning emails about Novembers voucher expires in 30 days !! But still no vouchers for October and November and soon January issue due.
