I am feeling ripped off with the switch when I was told I would save money & lack of customer service is dreadful sent numerous emails not 1 reply !!!! Shocking

@DSneddon88 Hi there - sorry you feel this way! With the price cap in place - the energy market when it comes to price is not a competitive market.
However, customer service is a different matter. Was there anything I can help with here on the community that is non account specific? 😊I am your Community Manager! 😀
