    I am still trying to sort things out with my meter. I’ve been trying to get my credit back around £80 which was wiped off when meter broke and was replaced with nee smart meter now on top of trying to get someone to sort my lost credit out i now can’t top up my energy credit vouchers because now I don’t have a key anymore this situation is really not good I am almost 80 and have spent tens of hours on the telephone and my family are also trying everything to no avail. I now having to top up extra money now if my own which I can’t afford I really need someone to sort this out once and for all and not just put me through to another extension to wait hours and hours to be honest this is a disgraceful way to treat anyone let alone the elderly

    @June69 Hi June - Last Friday as per our conversations in the private mails, I got three phone calls escalated for you on Friday last week and there was no answer on all three occasions, and I replied with a process to get this sorted for you. If you let me know a time you will definitely be able to pick up today, I can get a call made.
