    Does anyone else find the app really inconsistent compared to their meter
    My app is saying I am in debt but my meter says I have £50+ on my gas and my electric is worse

    I've just joined 2 weeks ago and I've noticed this,I'm payg,I always have more money on my smart meter vs the app or Web page,which is the most accurate out of the 3 I mentioned

    Hi @Hash70,

    Thanks for posting on the community. There can be a slight difference in the amount the app shows to the amount that is on the meters, depending on things like communication strength from the meters. The best way to get the most accurate reading possible on the app, is to ensure that the In-Home Display for your smart meter is connected to your wi-fi. However, the most accurate balance will always be on the meter itself.

    Honestly, the app is totally horrendous.

    For the last few months if I look under usage, it only has usage on there for about 2 days out of 7 most of the time.

    Looking at it now, it has kwh total for last thursday, thats it, one day out of seven. It has £ usage for last Wednesday and this Monday.. 2 days out of seven

    I thought it was a meter issue so I just came online to use the live chat to get someone to look at my meter, logged into my account and to my surprise the website has full usage for me for the last 7 days, both kwh and £, go figure.

    I presumed both the site and app were using the same API, so the data should be the same, but apparently not.
