I've just joined 2 weeks ago and I've noticed this,I'm payg,I always have more money on my smart meter vs the app or Web page,which is the most accurate out of the 3 I mentioned

Thanks for posting on the community. There can be a slight difference in the amount the app shows to the amount that is on the meters, depending on things like communication strength from the meters. The best way to get the most accurate reading possible on the app, is to ensure that the In-Home Display for your smart meter is connected to your wi-fi. However, the most accurate balance will always be on the meter itself.
