I filled in the new customer moving in form over about six weeks ago and I have been calling almost everyday when I can after two weeks had past.

I have heard nothing from Utilita and the customer service either hang up on me or pretend they dont know what I am talking about after being on hold for several hours. I had one agent saying my address was wrong and does not exist. They refused to help.

Please can someone look into this. I sent a complaint form two weeks back and still nothing.
