    Has anyone else not received their energy vouchers? I've not received any of the 3 I've so far been notified about.
    Please add your name here so I can let the authorities know how many people have been let down.

    I have responded to your private message you sent me. Going forward you will need to ring up and speak to a member of our customer service team in regards to account specific enquiries. The Community is for member to member support, as well as our help articles acting as self help for members, and is not designed to tackle account specific issues and is not a customer service platform. as your community manager I am happy to escalate certain matters and take member feedback back into the business, but I am afraid I am not a trained customer service rep.
