Had my warm home discount come through today, also had a message to say it can be transferred across to gas but this option is not working on my app, any ideas how to do it?

I have read the thread and it's still not working? I've uninstalled reinstalled restarted phone everything and still not working

Click on the £ sign the press transfer credit then what you do is transfer to savings then click withdraw savings to which ever meter you want it on takes about half hour to show up on account , but then your balance will update tomorrow mine used to hope that helps
