My in home smart display hasn't been working for ages, I can't get through to anyone on the phone (been trying for 3 weeks before the cold weather) and I'm always number 219 in the queue on the online chat.

My display and the app both said I had £7+ on my gas meter, however my gas cut out and I looked like an idiot getting an engineer out.
turns out it ran out the day before.

I'm fed up truing to get in contact with someone so hoping the community could help if possible?

The cost of my gas and electric is both disgusting. How i can sit in a house shivering from the cold but still use £10+ per day is shocking. (I only have gas heating, no cooker or anything)
