Hi. I took on the keys to a flat on 25th November and contacted utilita via webform as advised. After numerous phone calls 2 weeks later i finally spoke to the right person. However i am still waiting an actual account and stuff. Theres no home display and i am using the guest top up facility with card numbers i was texted. No physical cards. I cannot use the app obviously and tracking my usage and balances is really quite difficult. The meters are ground level and i am second floor. I know it was passed with a copy of my tennancy to sort out. But that was a week ago now. I don't want to sit on hold for hours and get no where again. Any ideas?
