Good afternoon,

Has Gas and Electric smart meters fitted over 3 weeks aweeks electric has shown up on tue app but my Gas is saying no data available at the moment. The issue i have is I've phoned numerous times to explain but being on the phone for an 1hr 20mons each time to be then cut off is extremely frustrating. The other issue I have is that my payment Gas card won't work in any shop so I cannot top my gas up so don't know how much on the meter is left. It's been 3 weeks now and with the weather the way it is at the moment I k ow I will have to top up soon but have no way of doing so.

Can anyone point me in the correct direction of trying to resolve this issue l. I've exhausted every phone number and like I say to be on hold for over an hr at a time to be then cut off isn't very helpful.
