    I had an agent at my door, talking to me about gas, and no standing charges, and since i live alone, and use very little gas, i thought i would give it a go.

    I have since had a change of heart, for reasons i wont discuss here, and wanted to cancel my switch. I then got a text, telling me the electricity supplier was changing over on the 20th of this month. I never asked for this. The guy spoke to me about gas, and didn't even mention the word, "electricity", and i really don't want my electricity supplier changed.

    I then tried calling customer support and was on hold for three hours, yes, three hours, is this normal? i then got through to someone, who, quickly explained to me, that i needed to tell sales, i asked why, as i wasn't buying anything, and that HE was customer support, and before i knew it, i was cut off. three hours. I really need this stopped, i don't want my supplier changed, i really don't

    I am not able bodied, and I have mental health issues, and this is really stressing me out, I have spoken to my social worker about it, and we are not sure how to proceed. i don't seem to be able to get this cancelled, it doesn't seem like it's made easy either.


    can someone please advise.

    and now Utilita have taken over my electric, and i don't even have a Utilita meter installed, the last of the emergency credit is almost up, and i face spending Christmas with no power, which, due to medical reasons i just can't have.

    I have no idea if i can top up without Utilita hardware, i wont see my social worker now until next year.

    Utterly disgusted.

    Do Utilita even read these comments?
