Utilita app on ios and android haven't been showing balances for months now. Have cleared data and cache, deleted the app and reinstalled but, sadly still not displaying balances. Says We are not receiving data from your electricity meter and the same for my gas meter. The whole concept of having the my utilita app on your phone is so you can access your balances wherever you are. It soon takes your money when you top up though, oh yes that part works okay sure enough. Get your act together utilita, they are 1st generation meters you have installed, when are we getting the 2nd generation meters? I've been with utilita a number of years now and if this is not sorted out I won't hesitate changing to another supplier.
