Hi I tried to topped up Sunday through the app.but was transferred to Utilita Internet top up site so topped up £20 took it out my bank.then said it failed and will be returned ??.I'm still waiting on it being returned.

Any help with this

Hi 5 tries online and 1 via mobile call £60 total as the site was under maintenance. Called Utilita, got through eventually 90mins. Stated it would be back in my bank 4/5 days - site problem. Initially thought I was scammed

thanks for that thought I was being scammed couldn't get through too Utilita.payment did say be returned but still not received
