For a few weeks now I haven’t been able 2 use power up on the app I did manage to do it on the website last time but just wondered why I can’t use the app?

Have you got the latest software on your smartphone and the latest version of my utilita which is the most up to date version?
Also, if you have any existing debt from any previous power up's of £2 or more then this will need to be paid back before you next power up 🤗

my phone is fully updated & i had no debt from a power up last time I tried on the app
I noticed a few ppl sayin they was having the same problem,at the mo I don’t need 2 use it but it was a worry when I needed it & it wouldn’t work
I’ve never had trouble with it b4 so was confused when it would t work
