I have got November and December, but I have not received October yet!
Been on chat many times, called them and sent an email, all they say is they are aware and looking into it
I'm really shocked that the media / Government is not forcing these companies to publicly announce what % of these payments have been made and how much money these companies have kept for themselves.
How did you make a complaint to OfGem?
