Hi does anybody know when warm home discount go on to your account

Saw this old thread on WHD. Was looking to see if others received info on WHD re applications, Applications have to be made between 3-10th September 2025. Letter from Utilita dated 28/08/25 arrrived this p.m. 08/09/25. Maybe Utilita should send out a tad sooner?
