I had to have a new meter as old one was faulty.My old card does not work as hasn’t got a pin.Also need credit transferred over and as I have been 2 days without heating etc I had to pay out for takeaways.Any chance of compensation?
I don't see why not, make sure you make a total of what your out-of-pocket expenses have been whilst your meter has been out of action, and ask for it to be reimbursed. - 01962 891 160 (Utilita Complaints Line)
