    Have asked for a smart meter so I can see what is electricity is being used where , I had a message saying someone would be in touch in 5 working days this was on 23rd November I’m still waiting. I am being charged over £15 a day I can’t go on . You can’t get through to anyone the company is disgusting I wish I had never moved over .

    You'd be best leaving!
    I've been waiting for my smart meter since February when my meter broke. After months of me calling and messaging for the meter and getting no response, I got a letter threatening to kick down my door with a warrant last week cause my meter is broken and I apparently owe 400 quid they've never billed me for.
    Once it goes to the Warrant team they get your install booked quick!
