Hi , I'm a vulnerable customer , Disabled, bedridden , housebound etc . I previously received our Energy vouchers on 4 th / 5 th October / November by e mail but have not received our December voucher yet which totally caught us out and as you may imagine , has left us cold
Can you help ? Do you have any idea why our voucher has not arrived yet ? It should be the first of the £ 67 vouchers
