Help please. Last night I transferred £15 from elec to savings then topped up gas. Payment history says done but not added to my account. Still only got £9:06 in it. Where has the money gone?

@dallandra hi I had the same trouble over the weekend £30went missing I phoned tgem up Mon morn they could see it wasn't there after checking everything it appears to be a technical hitch..as this is new to them also...they assured my money would be on my gas in 24 hrs it wasn't so a further phone call yesterday sorted it mind I was held on phone for over an hour before being answered but I needed my money...I was talked through the process and had to manually put it into my gas meter..and it went straight on..give them a ring they were really good with me..and admitted as it was a new thing they didn't really know what they were doing..hope this helps...

Yes I did all that ..chat got nowhere,messaged too late they were in replying best time to try is first time I tried atv8 in morning was answered within 20 mins first time,2nd time was about 1-15 waited 118 mins to be answered but really helpful..you will get thru just put yourself on loudspeaker abd carry on with whatever your doing..
