Hi all, I transferred £10 from my electricity account to savings, then transferred £10 to Gas. It hasn’t gone on my gas account even though I got a receipt to say it has been . Transferred! What’s going on, I’m at work and don’t have access to my meter, so it looks like I’m going home to a cold house! Keep getting cut off when I try to ring! Chat is a waste of time also!
