Hi , Just been on the app and the current bill amount is there but no pdf to view as says it is experiencing issues .
i am bit concerned as to what bill says inc vat to what it states on the meter that i used during nov , about £11 of a difference . I used less in november than i did in october . It just seems a a bit off bit without seeing the pdf /figures in more detail
