I just want someone to fix the issues please

Totally deflated, I am at a loss as to what to do next. Half of the phone numbers for utilita do not work, when I do get through which normally takes up to an hour and a half, if you don't get cut off, I still don't get any help. Utilita can not communicate with my meters, and the communication has gone down. 1st they were sending someone out on 15th Dec 22, then canceled via text, called them up and got told it's because I'm out of utilitas service area, and that they have to use a contractor!!! Well none of that is my problem... I am physically disabled and I'm having to get on my hands and knees and climb into a cupboard to manually put my gas and electric on. I ordered a new in home display over 5 months ago, called and complained about that as well as the other problems I'm having they send me two.
I just want someone to fix the issues please -
