My meter has stopped sending readings to you and my IHD, so I don't know how much I'm using each day nor how much credit I have left. I have noticed the £67 was paid today but that isn't showing on my credit balance either. How can I get my meter to work again?
I have phoned up today for the call to go dead twice after confirming my reference number so thought I would use the online chat, was in a queue for 2 hours, got answered and asked what they could help me with, I answered and was put to the back of the queue again without a reply, I have been queuing again for 6 hours now.
