I have tried numerous ways to contact Utilita but not had any success.
I simply can't speak to anyone from Utilita.I've tried ringing sent them a private message via Facebook, emailed them,
Tried the chat feature within the app, sent tweets including one to the CEO.
I've got £127 on my electric account and want to transfer £100 to my gas account.
In the end I've had to power up £25 onto my gas.
I've now sent an email to my MP Esther McVey, still not had a reply from her yet.
I will be switching supplier in the new year
Extremely unhappy with Utilita, the sooner I'm rid of them the better.
