Help - my Daughter has been without gas for heating and cooking for 10 days now due to battery in the meter failing. Utilita says they cant repair it but can fit a smart meter which she does not want. My Daughter and my two Grandsons have also been very ill with the bug. Despite emailing Customer Services and also Conor Burns MP contacting Utilita nothing has happened. What can we do to get the gas back on ?? My number is 07427 919629.
