Absolutely disgusted and fuming, I was on the phone virtually every day last week, and at the end of the week was feeling happy that I had got somewhere.....
Well I was wrong. So I'm disabled, I also have 2 disabled children. Almost every day last week I had to get on my hands and knees to turn my gas meter on, and I have no communication between my in-home display and meters, so I'm now losing out on the relief I was receiving as was getting credit on my meter as I'm a low income family. I'm now having to hurt myself to put my credit on manually. I was told that I would have someone out on 15/12/22 between 12 and 4, only to receive a text today saying they have cancelled my call out. My partner has dyslexia and cannot read the meter, and this all before Christmas. I have been with utilita for 8yrs now and I'm seriously thinking of leaving. I just can't take the stress I'm having to go through.
