I’ve previously mentioned on here regarding the £66 top up from the government, we’re now 1st December and I still haven’t received the first payment. I can’t get through to Utilita on the phone so I’m kinda stuck on where to go with this?

@Jill666 the payment will depent on the type of customer you are. I'm on prepayment smart meters, and the credit goes onto my electricity meter on the 2nd of each month.
if your on prepayment non smart meters you should receive a voucher and direct debit customers have it paid direct to their supplier which reduces their monthly direct debit. -
@Pinkprincess I’m the same meter as yourself. I’m not sure who to contact regarding this as I can’t get through to Utilita on the phone.

If you have the app you can check under the payments history and it will tell you if you have received payment. There are delays between the home hub and app receiving data from your meter. I can't access my meter easily as I'm disabled and my meters are in my cellar but my payment has gone on today
