Hi, only had gas smart meter put in 2 weeks ago and that's also the very first time I downloaded the app. I am so frustrated with utilita. 99% of the time the app shows the wrong figure for both my gas and electric. The display device is faulty so we've got to wait 14 days for one to come. Utilita staff keep saying to delete the app then download again which is bs.(Advice after waiting over an hour for someone to pick up) Very frustrating. The company doesn't seem to care about customers at all.
