Hi I’ve contacted a few times over the warm home discount and been told nothings showing up under my details I’ve contacted dwp about they said I’m entitled and they’ve passed my details over said it will be paid that was in January I haven’t herd anything else since could really do with it as my meters in debt does anyone know when it’s being added to the meters please ?

@Tammi Hi there - as this account specific enquiry I would suggest ringing up the Utilita Contact Centre so ad advisor can get this looked into for you.

I’m the same was told in January they had all my details and was getting it now they are saying they have no details and won’t pay it out to me utilita keep saying phone the dwp and they just keep saying they can’t do anything and phone utilita so I’m just waiting to see if my mp can help had an email off them today to send all the details of the problem

@Jackjames yes that’s exactly what happening to me dwp said Utilita have been giving my details and it should be paid by 31st so fingers crossed that’s what happens hope you get yours sorted out too
