    Had an outage in my area Tuesday, and since then my in home display won't work, it's bad enough my apps never worked since being with utilita but now it's extra headache of going to the meter to check if I'd of known it was going to be this much headache I wouldn't of switched, every time I try to call I can never get through. If someone could private message me with a solution to this **** that would be appreciated

    @AaleyahS Hello! Sorry to hear that you have had this hassle, even with the app you should not be having these issues. We would need to check the account to see what is going on - Usually the community is for member to member help and for general enquires but on this occasion as you have had no joy I will escalate this for you 😊 Can you send me a private mail by clicking here and confirm your full address and/or customer reference number?
